This policy applies to the public website operated by Whole Vibe Creative (“Whole Vibe,” “we,” “us”) at wholevibe.tv, including the contact form and related site features.

It does not replace a separate client agreement. If we work together on a project, that written agreement may include additional confidentiality or data terms.

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share so we can respond and discuss potential work.

• Name and email address
• Company name, if provided
• Project focus, approximate budget, and project details
• The page path you came from when submitting the form
• Anything else you include in your message

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. These tools may process technical information such as pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type.

Our hosting and security providers may also process standard request, diagnostic, and abuse-prevention data needed to deliver and protect the site.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help reduce spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser and session as part of that check. We do not use Turnstile results for marketing.

We use information for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and following up on project conversations
• Operating, securing, and improving the website
• Preventing spam, fraud, and misuse of the contact form
• Meeting recordkeeping and legal obligations where applicable

We rely on trusted providers to run the website and receive inquiries. They process information only as needed to provide their services.

• Vercel: hosting, analytics, and performance insights
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and spam protection on the contact form
• Postmark: transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, or when required by law.

The website may display client or partner logos and link to third-party sites. Those brands remain the property of their respective owners, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Inquiry and correspondence records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active relationship, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and practices of the tools we use.

You can contact us to ask about information you previously provided, or to request an update or deletion. We may need to retain some information where permitted or required by law, or where it is necessary to complete a conversation already underway.
